For nearly 70 years, Clayton has been building one of the most comprehensive housing ecosystems in the country. Backed by Berkshire Hathaway and still guided by the founding family, the company spans manufacturing, retail, financing, insurance, and construction, touching nearly every stage of the homeownership journey.
Despite its scale and impact, Clayton remained largely absent from the national conversation around housing. Keeping the core visual equity intact, we developed a new brand platform, evolved the visual and verbal identity, and launched the company's first national brand awareness campaign.
